Hi, I'm Angela. But most people just call me LaLa.

It was a quiet Easter Tuesday in Berlin. I was sitting alone in my studio when I received the news that a colleague and friend had been lying dead in his apartment for days. Nobody had noticed. The city was silent. And suddenly something inside me became silent too.

I looked around and asked myself a question that would change my life.

"What am I even doing here?"

My company, which I had founded 13 years earlier, was on the verge of collapse. Orders had dried up, relationships had changed, and for the first time I had to admit to myself that I was exhausted.

Shortly afterwards, a management consultant asked me a simple question:

Do you even want to continue this?

My reply came immediately. "NO" At the time, I didn't know that this collapse would become the beginning of a completely new life. Today I live on the south coast of Sri Lanka, surrounded by tropical greenery, 14 rescued cats and 2 dogs. I accompany women and men who are at a turning point in their lives and yearn for more clarity, health and inner stability. Because I know those moments myself—moments when the old ways no longer work, but the new ones are not yet visible.

My Path

At the age of 28, I founded my own company in Berlin and worked for 13 years as a costume designer for theatre, film and variety shows. Creativity and independence were my life. When everything collapsed, there was no grand master plan. What sustained me was yoga, meditation, and a conscious lifestyle—not as a wellness program, but as a daily anchor. Then, unexpectedly, a job offer came from Robinson Club. One step led to many more. The journey took me to Spain, Turkey, Egypt—and finally to Sri Lanka. Here I found not only a new home, but also a new purpose. I worked in Ayurveda hotels, taught yoga, got to know a new culture, overcame personal crises and started over again and again. Turning points are rarely comfortable. But often they are precisely the gateway to a more authentic life.

Why I Accompany People

Many of my clients come to me at a moment in which they already know everything—but no longer feel what is truly right. They haven't failed. They're exhausted from functioning. What they are looking for is often not the next method—but clarity. Together we'll explore where you currently stand, what's holding you back, and what next steps are truly right for you. In doing so, I combine coaching with the timeless principles of Ayurveda, Yoga and mindful living.

Today

I am 65 years old, healthy, full of energy and curious about life. Not because everything was always easy, but because I have learned to understand crises as invitations to change. At my Sanasuma Ayurveda Homestay in Sri Lanka, I accompany people on Ayurveda and Panchakarma stays. Online, I support clients worldwide in developing more clarity, health and joy in life. If you are currently at a turning point, you don't have to walk this path alone. I know the way. I walked it myself.

With Love, LaLa
